Meters in new condition may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery, subject to an 18% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please repackage your item, indicating if you would like a refund/repair/replacement (or other action) and enclose a copy of your invoice.
